These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Dearly Everyday website or purchase products from us. Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dearly Everyday. “You” and “your” refer to the website user or customer.
Using Our Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
- Introduce malicious software
- Use website content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission
- Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
Products
We aim to display and describe our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
Because our wax melts are handmade, small variations in colour, shape, finish, decoration and weight may occur. These variations form part of the handmade nature of the product and do not affect its intended use.
Product images are illustrative. Packaging or decorative details may occasionally change, but we will not make a significant change to the product without making this clear.
Fragrance descriptions are subjective and are intended as a guide. Individual scent perception and the strength experienced in a room can vary.
Wax-Melt Safety
You must follow all safety and usage instructions supplied with the product and displayed on our website.
Wax melts are not food and must not be eaten. Keep them away from children and pets. Only use them with a suitable wax-melt burner and never leave a lit tealight or operating burner unattended.
Please read the product label, including any relevant allergen and hazard information, before use.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions or use with unsuitable equipment, except where the law does not allow us to limit responsibility.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required.
Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If a price is clearly incorrect, we may contact you before dispatch to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Placing an Order
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us.
After checkout, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We identify an obvious pricing or description error
- We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
- We cannot deliver to the address supplied
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated timings are set out on our Delivery Information page and during checkout.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Ownership and Risk
Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them.
You own the products once we have received payment in full.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order and return products are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You normally have 14 days after receiving an online order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions may apply in circumstances permitted by law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are covered by your statutory rights.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one code may be used per order
- Codes must be applied before checkout is completed
- Promotions may be withdrawn or changed before an order is placed
- Codes may not apply to delivery charges or selected products
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including our branding, product names, photographs, graphics, written copy and designs—belong to us or are used with permission.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without written permission.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You give us permission to display and use submitted content in connection with our website and marketing. We will seek separate permission before using customer photographs in a way that identifies an individual where required.
We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated.
Our Responsibility
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights relating to goods.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Our products are supplied for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, where you purchase as a consumer.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact affected customers where appropriate.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those available when you place your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
